Entered into the modern waiting area and was greeted by friendly personnel manning the office. Fill out the normal amount of paperwork for a 1st visit (requested the packet be PDF’s and emailed to me for offsite filling out, but it did not happen, would recommend adding this feature). Arrived at 11 AM, got into room at 1145, and started with the nurse for the normal Blood Pressure & questions. The Doctor was next and that was a pleasure as we shared some common interests & experiences. He listened intently as to my problem, and recommended a solution, which was a shot of cortisone in the painful sciatica left hip. So far the pain is subsiding as predicted which is great! Prescribed both work out order, Aleve OTC for the near future, and MRI at Memorial Miramar. Bottom-line, 1st class experience.

Dr. Berkower is a great doctor who takes lots of time to listen to your complaints and is a very understanding about my medical conditions. The only complaint I have is either the staff overbooks or because of his taking his time you wait at least 2 to 3 hours a visit.. For me It takes me 1 hour to get there but its worth every minute..Also the staff is very friendly too..
